I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.
I am very satisfied with the outcome & would recommend pdfFiller to everyone as their customer support is top notch.

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have...
I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.

Can you change the orientation of a PDF?
Open the File menu, select “Print” and locate the Page Handling options. Uncheck “Auto-Rotate and Center” and click on the Page Setup button. Change page orientations and click on the “OK” button to print your document.
