It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Thought I canceled the subscription and I may not have completed the process. After contacting support I was refunded and canceled immediately. Great company

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago

Good product with a few minor changes
You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you

if the connection of the internet service provider is weak the form you type is loading until the connection comeback and repeat again in where you are last typing.
