Its a great tool. I use it and will continue to. The price seems steep but I bought it for a year, so I guess it's in my price range. Still wish it was cheaper. I'll admit I'm a penny puncher though. So I can be a cheap one.

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

Copy the cell which has the drop-down list that you want to copy. Select the cell/cells in which you want to copy the drop-down list. Right-click and go to Paste Special > Paste data validation only.
Select the cell to which the validation rule applies and press Ctrl + C to copy it. Select other cells you want to validate. Right-click the selection, click Paste Special, and select Validation from the context menu. Click OK.
Hi Laura, In your sheet, you will need to hold the command (mac) key down while you click on each individual column. You don't want to click and drag the mouse across as that will also select the hidden columns. You can then click in the new sheet and paste.
