Stay mobile Save Last Name Field in PDF on Sony Kostenlos

hello this is sergeant Mullen with Ohio Army National Guard today I'm going to explain to you how to open and save certain forms that we may have emailed you there are two forms that we typically would do this with the first being what we call a 680 information page so I may have emailed you this form you open your email and you'll see that we have a PDF attached what you want to do is you do not want to just click on it and view it this way doing it like this will not allow you to click into the form to fill out any of the information so this is kind of like a viewer so we want X this out and we want to download it so download it to your computer it'll probably by default download into some sort of Downloads folder if you click open right here it'll open it from that folder and now it allows you to you know start filling out the application so you can put John's Michael cetera et cetera and you can just start filling out the application this way once you have filled it out you'll click save as and you want to just probably just save it to your desktop so we'll go to desktop 6080 infant age we'll just hit save and you should see it pop up right there on our desktop so now you can X out and now you can go back to it if you need to everything should be saved and then you can email it back to us so info page and you can just attach the file and hit Send so there are two types of forms that we typically will send you one is that this information page and the other would be the application application is another PDF document these are all PDF documents there fillable PDFs when you click on the application you'll notice like I said you don't want to do it that way will download then open so this document is is very lengthy so it's a over 20 pages long this is the one that has a lot of information about yourself where you live work went to school and again once you're done you can save as and go through the same steps now that is a software called Acrobat Reader you'll see at the top so you do need that technically to open these documents and fill them out the way we need you to most computers come with it standard on it it's a free free platform free software if for some reason your computer does not because you pretty much have to do this on a computer yeah I'm an iPad and iPhone smartphones may or may not have this ability so the safe way to go is make sure you're on a computer doing this if you don't have it go to Google or Yahoo whatever search engine and type in Acrobat Reader and the first option should be the adobe readers website so it's adobe is the maker of it so click on that and go through the steps to it I wouldn't any additional stuff so make sure you uncheck that stuff click now and then you would be able to do everything I just showed you thank you
