This is all new to me and didn't know… This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

Start an envelope as usual, adding documents, recipients, and messages. In the Add Fields view, click one of the field types listed above and place it onto the document. In the properties panel, uncheck the Required Field property. The field is now optional and signers can choose whether or not to complete it.
Find the document in your Completed folder. Double-click on it and then click the Download button above the document on the screen. The combined documents will open a PDF file version of your documents; you can view and save the PDF from this window.
eSignature will automatically convert any form into a PDF. If your form already has fields, eSignature changes them to digital fillable fields; if your form does not have any fields, manually add them now. Create Custom Fields for Documents In eSignature Admin, select Document Custom Fields. Select ADD DOCUMENT FIELD. Enter a name for the custom field.
