Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

My very small office (staff of 9)!needed a professional looking and very easy to use application for filling and signing document. I downloaded 8'different apps/programs for trial and comparison. PDF Filler left every other program / app in its' dust.

I find it tedious that I cannot page or scroll down with my cursor on the document. I also like pdf filler apps used by realtors that let you initial and then step to the next blank to complete.

PDF Filler is great
PDF Filler is great, I only gave it 4 Stars because the amount of features and functionality can be confusing and the interface is a little out-dated, but this is the most complete PDF solution available.

Only use quarterly for one customer, would attend/watch a webinar or tutorial to make it more user friendly and see if it would work with other customers

Very easy to use, only thing is learning for a beginner is how to save the files so that they are editable in Microsoft word, and the work of art is not all over the place in the word document, thanks a lot! 10 stars for the service!
