Accidentally activating either file printing feature can cause the save window to appear unexpectedly. In the Print window, make sure “Print to file” is not checked. If “Microsoft XPS Document Printer” or “Print to Microsoft PDF” appears as the selected printer, switch the setting to your actual printer.
This is an unusual glitch on some Windows 10 computers that are caused due to various reasons. This includes malfunctioning drivers, incorrect printer configuration, and more.
If you have the original source file that the PDF was created from, recreate the PDF. Open the file in the original program (such as a word processing or a page layout program). Choose File > Print, and then choose the option to save the file as a PDF. Open the new PDF, and try printing again.
Go to Start→Devices and Printers (only Printers in Vista), right-click on nova PDF and select Printing Preferences. In nova PDF's Printing Preferences window go to the Save tab. Select Use predefined settings and click on Configure Save Options.
How to Flatten PDF Forms Open fillable form. Add appropriate data. Right click on document and select Print. Select the PDF printer. ( Select OK. Specify location to save the printed, "flattened" version of the form. Select Save. File the "flattened" form in CM/ECF.
