What our customers say about pdfFiller

See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list. This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.

What do you like best?
I like the idea that I can edit a PDF document that is not machine fillable. I have been using this program for several years now in personal and not for profit business.
What do you dislike?
This is not the most user friendly program to use. It lacks a search field or help section to answer questions as how to do something I do not know how to do. It would be nice to be able to save a document as you are finishing instead of having to go back and rename a document. This is the case when I am using a master form that gets updated each month. I work on my laptop and the print screen has the print button to low. I see a sliver of the print button, that if I mess around with it for a while, I can eventually click on it. I can't be the only person with this problem. It would be helpful if the print screen could open a little higher on the screen, reduce some of the preface before the print button or have the print button on the top of the form. I also get frustrated with getting an actual signature in the system. There are no clear instructions on how to do that. It took me hours and hours to get my signature as part of the program. It would be nice to be able to scan a signature into the program. I have used Adobe DC with work in the past and I find it is a superior product, but not worth the cost with the volume of paperwork I need to do. Also a typical example of issues I have with PDFiller is the instruction to take a screen shot of my log in page. I have no idea of how to do that so I attached a PDF master document I use pdfiller to complete each month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't expect to see the most beautiful documents as far as how things line up, but it is certainly a way to complete PDF forms typed instead of hand written,
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As I stated above I use PDF filler with forms that are not fillable. I have used them to complete tax returns when a fillable form is not available. I have used them to sign a document instead of having to print, sign and rescan the document before sending it back to the originator. I have not used it to obtain other peoples signature

This really works My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice. I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Video Review on How to Save Selected Option PDF forms to website fillable forms

Hey everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you  how you can create a fillable PDF form entirely   for free. If you've ever wanted to create a PDF  form before, you probably found that you have   to get Adobe Acrobat and it works pretty well,  but it does also carry a hefty price tag of $15   per month. Today I'm going to show you some  free software that will allow you to create   fillable forms. All right, well, let's jump on the  computer and let's get started. To create a PDF   form, we're going to use an application called  LibreOffice. You can get this at the website   libraryoffice.org. I've also included a link in  the description of this video. You can just click   on that and that’ll bring you to this website.  LibreOffice is kind of like Microsoft Office. It   has a similar set of applications. The main  difference is LibreOffice is entirely free,   and it's also open source. Once you land on  the home page, you'll see a pretty prominent   download now button. Let's click on this. On the  next page, you'll see the version of LibreOffice   that you can . I chose to go with the most  recent version. Over here on the right-hand side,   you can choose your operating system. It works  across all different major platforms. Choose   your operating system and then click on download  and run through the installation process. Once you   finish downloading and installing LibreOffice,  go down to your taskbar and type in LibreOffice   Writer. We're going to use the Writer program  to pull together our form and then to save it as   a PDF form. This drops me into LibreOffice Writer,  and if you've ever used an authoring app before,   chances are this will look very familiar. Here you  have things like being able to choose the fonts,   the size, you could set alignment, and then here  down below, we have our canvas where we can start   building our form. Now you probably noticed that  I already started creating just the basics of   what I want to turn into a form. So, with the  Kevin Cookie Company, I put our logo up on top,   I typed in a header, and then I also inserted a  table with some different questions. Now right   now it's not a form yet. This is just the basic  structure and I want to turn this into a form.   To create this area here, I simply used tables.  You could insert a table. You could define the   number of columns and rows and you can very  easily format something that looks like this.   If you really just want to follow along and do  exactly what I'm doing, I've included a link to   this file in the description, so you can click  on that and then you can follow what I'm doing.   Within LibreOffice Writer, they have a whole  bunch of very rich form tools and controls.   If we look up on top at all of these different  menus, there's one called form. That seems   pretty promising, let's ckick on that. Within the  form menu, we have all of these different tools,   and right here, you can insert things like  text boxes, checkboxes,...
