It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.
