Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.

I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.

The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

the two forms that I needed to fill out…
the two forms that I needed to fill out for Social Security,SSA-3368 and SSA-827 ,your system had the forms to fill out and to print up the filled out forms so I can fax the document to them. very easy to follow steps to make sure you fill out the form fully

This service is fantastic and I have not had a moments problem since subscribing and is well more the price. It has saved me countless hours hand filling out documents.

Great customer service and solid product.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.
Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.
Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn.
I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!

PDFFILLER IS THE BEST OF THE BEST...SEE FOR YOURSELF
pdfiller is the best online form finder and provider. I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time. This is never a problem nor is finding any form I already did or was in the process of doing. I am still in the trial timeline which is clearly displayed as to how many more days I have left in the trial. These nuances are so beneficial and not at all typical, they provide a much higher quality to the service and there is nothing I can't find or is provided that I could need later that is not right at my fingertip or click of the mouse. I am thrilled to have found this and reccommend everyone who has a need to fill out forms or find them. Easy to use, downloads perfect and so user friendly. How do I change security settings on a PDF for free?
Open the PDF file.
Go to the Tools pane.
Select Protection.
Choose To encrypt.
Select Encrypt with Password.
A new window will appear containing all the settings that can be switched on and off.
Select the settings you want to modify, for example:
When finished changing the settings, click OK.
Why is my PDF file secured?
It means the file is protected in some way, there are restrictions on what you can do with it. “If you receive a PDF that is protected by security features, you may need a password to open the document. If a document has restricted features, any tools and menu items related to those features are dimmed.”
