I mistakenly did not cancel the trial… I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Separate multiple email addresses using the semicolon character. For example, enter the following to send email to your employees John and Jill: jill@mycompany.com; john@mycompany.com. Enable the use of a comma as a separator in Microsoft Outlook. Select “Options” from the Tool menu.
While looking at a thread, click the More menu in the top-right, and select Split Thread. A menu comes up where you can select the new sales messages, to be split out into another thread. Click Move Message to New Thread and the sales emails are split into their own thread, with a subject you select.
In August 2018, Google FINALLY added the ability to turn off conversation view in their Android and iOS apps. HALLELUJAH! To turn off conversation view, go into the Gmail app's Settings and select one of the listed mail accounts. You'll then be taken to a screen that gives you an option to turn threading on or off.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app. In the top left, tap the Menu. Scroll down, then tap Settings. Tap the Gmail account you'd like to unlink from your other account. In the “Linked Account” section, tap Unlink account. Choose whether to keep copies of emails from the account.
