Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Works fast and easy
Works fast and easy, great service!I had signed up very briefly to edit some pdfs for work. The program worked smoothly, but then I foolishly forgot to end my membership, and was billed for a years' worth of their service, which I did not need. Their customer support was top-notch and had my problem resolved in just a few minutes. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is responsive to their customers.

Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

I love the PDFfiller, I find it very easy to use.
It is making my newsletter each month alot easier to create.
I am able to erase words that I don't need & put in the ones that are easier to read.
I have some PDF's that are very light gray print and don't copy very well. I can take out the words that are too light & replace them with clearer, larger, darker letters.
It is easy to go back to change anything that is not what I want.

The T appearing for typing text when I do not want it. I have not other cons. I have enjoyed working with this software and have not run into problems.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
