I love this tool
I love this tool. I shared it with my mom who still has to fax things and I did not want her leaving her home to fax at other businesses. I think a video on how to create more fillable boxes would be helpful. Although I figured it out, it took me about 30 minutes. I can imagine for even less tech savvy people it could take longer.

How do I claim my Dealt warranty?
For warranty repair information, call 1-800-4-DeWALT (1-800-433-9258). This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others.
Do Dealt drills have a lifetime warranty?
DEALT Mechanics Tools are covered by the manufacturer's FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY. If any DEALT Mechanics Tool ever fails for any reason, DEALT will replace it. NO PROOF OF PURCHASE required. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO STORE.

How long is the warranty on Dealt batteries?
3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DEALT guarantees that 100% of our batteries for cordless tools have been tested and in perfect working condition before shipping from our factories. Batteries are considered normal wear parts due to regular usage and are not covered by the 3-year warranty for power tools.

Do Dealt batteries have a serial number?
Traditionally, serial numbers for DEALT cordless tools have been located on the ID label on the side of the tool. Moving forward, some of our new cordless products may relocate to the more protected area where the battery is inserted for use. Just below the QR code is the serial number for this drill.
