Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.

What do you like best?
The ability to edit practically any document, within reason. As a Finance professional, it's much easier to add a JPEG of a signature to hundred of checks rather than signing them by hand. My carpal-tunnel free wrists thank you!
What do you dislike?
I don't have any negative comments; everything that the program promises, it delivers.

It's a great value for a relatively low monthly cost.

What do you like best?
Customizable PDF documents for clients, editing documents are very important in Real Estate...and PDFfiller has made that extremely simple.
What do you dislike?
Can't really say that I dislike anything...however, I use is solely for the purpose of creating and editing documents..so my perspective comes from that angle.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Its hard to get clients to resign at times due to travel schedules, work schedules...so being able to edit a document in real time while in front of my client helps out tremendously.

Request letter for job confirmation after probation should be made in situations only if the confirmation letter is not yet received making his/her job permanent. Because delay in receiving the confirmation letter leaves the employee still prone to termination by the employer with no reason may or may not be mentioned.
An employment verification letter generally includes your employer's address, the name, and address of the organization requesting the document, your name, your employment dates, your job title, and salary. The document may also include your date of birth and social security number for identification purposes.
The general rule is that a probation period will be deemed complete when it expires without either: being extended. Or. the employee being dismissed.
Write to confirm that the probationary period is being extended and for how long, together with the reasons and what the employee needs to do to be successful at the end of the extended period. Dismiss the employee if their performance and/or conduct has not been satisfactory and of course write and confirm that.
You are not required by law to provide a letter like this or to have employees on probation. However, you are required to provide written notice of termination if you are terminating an employee's employment during the probationary period.
Mention the employee's right to bring a colleague or trade union representative to the meeting. Provide evidence to support your concerns. Give them the chance to respond to the issues that you raise. Decide the outcome to terminate their contract or extend their probation.
Almost all states are at-will employment states. This means an employer can fire an employee for any reason that does not involve discrimination. In an at-will state, an employer can fire an employee during and at the end of probation with or without cause.
