I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

This looks like a great source. My situation become more complicated than anticipated and I had the need for an attorney. Otherwise, this would have worked great.

How do you change your nickname?
On your Android phone or tablet, touch and hold the Home button or say “OK Google.” In the bottom right, tap. In the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial. Settings. Tap You Basic info Nickname Edit. Make your changes. Tap OK.
Can I give you a nickname?
Tap Personal info. Tap Nickname. Type in whatever you want you nickname to be. Tap OK.
How do you give someone a nickname?
Try to make it catchy and fun. Make sure you answer to your nickname, if you can't remember your nickname is “ace” then maybe you don't really need one. Try to make it unique. Try not to use a name from an online game. Look for inspiration for creative nicknames from movies, songs, and TV shows.
What does it mean if someone gives you a nickname?
The reason why he calls you a nickname could be that he has a nasty personality. If the nickname that he calls you is one that is mean then it could be the case that he gets pleasure from making other people feel bad. If that is the case then it would be likely that he would be mean to other people at times as well.

Generally speaking, it's perfectly legal to go by an assumed name, providing that you use your legal name on official documents. In other words, if your name is Heisenberg Mohosefat, you can introduce yourself as Harry Mo, and call your business “Harry Mo's Bookbindery”.
Can I use a different name professionally?
You can use both last names with a hyphen or without. You can take your spouse's name, but use your former name strictly in a professional setting. Some states even allow you to move your old name to your middle name, and then tack on your new last one.
