There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Great. But may steps to create a PDF. Also deleting pages is not included as standard. But there are easy workarounds to this restriction. So why have this restriction?

What do you like best?
The Best Part is the Ease of Use and very intuitive.. The ease of editing any PDF files and so easy to send my real estate contracts to be signed from anywhere!!! And it is Priced just right!!!
What do you dislike?
Hummm.... I really can not think of any! At first it was hard to navigate, but once you know where everything is .. its very easy.. I really don't know why anyone would use DocuSign, the y charge so much for so little.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give it a try.. I did and love it.. so easy to use.. and so affordable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mainly use Pdf Filler for having real estate contracts signed by my sellers & buyers.. but its great for editing any pdf file..

Love it I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues. Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking. The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

Love the app! Overall I really like the app and it has been quite useful for me as a realtor =) Great way to fill out forms and make your own fillable master form. I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files
