Great for .pdf that You Need to Edit-PDFfiller is the way to Go! Great for doing 1099s at tax time! Wonderful for use with prefab downloadable boilerplate documents that you purchase from the web. Great storage for being able to go back in and repurpose a saved document for an additional use. Print alignment not always spot on for forms, such as 1099s and you have to play with settings a bit, but overall not too cumbersome.

If you have a lot of digital documents, you should use pdfFiller My overall experience is great! It's free and very easy to use, and I strongly recommend it for any student, teachers or professors, colleagues from work, and even for managers because during this pandemics, we all had to adapt our documents to digital format, and print them at home could be an issue for many people. I love to use this software because it's free and it allows me to sign digital documents from anyone in my company without having to print everything, sign it all, and then scan it, and e-mail it to the recipients. It's great because it has other checkmarks so you can add little details in case you are reading a contract or a file that needs reviewing. Positively, there are no cons for this software, as I have been using it for work and college matters, and it solves a great deal of signing important documents!

Net Invoice Amount means the amount of the applicable Purchased Receivable shown on the invoice for such Purchased Receivable as the total amount payable by the related Account Debtor (net of any discounts, credits or other allowances shown on such invoice and agreed to prior to the Purchase Date).
An invoice for $500 which reads 2/10 n/30 tells you that a discount of 2% is available if the payment is made within 10 days. To calculate the net amount directly, use the complement of the discount (in this case, 0.98) and multiply it by the total amount. $500 x 0.98 = $490 = net amount to be paid.
Multiply the discount rate by the list price to get the discount amount: Discount = Trade discount rate × List price. Subtract the discount from the list price to get the net price: Net price = List price Discount.
Net amount on an invoice is the cost of products or services before sales tax or any other fees like a discount or outstanding balance. The invoice total including tax and other fees is the gross value, according to Biz fluent.

Gross Invoice = Value of Item + Taxes. Net Invoice = Value of item = Gross Invoice — Taxes.
The notation “net 30” indicates that full payment is expected within 30 days. If a $1000 invoice has the terms “net 30”, the buyer must pay the full $1000 within 30 days.
