Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I like it.. I just can't figure out if I can fill a docment and save it and go back and change it. I also don't like that it is challenging to get data squarely in the center of each square in form. Even if you try to do one square at time so you can manipulate, it connects them and then you can only use them as one field.

Just now starting to use it for filling out ODAFF's and so far it is great. I would however like to be able to make templates in the personal cost bracket.

I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! She's also on a couple of sports teams which require the same forms every year; it will be nice to have the info already entered and just modify some dates!

I love having the ability to sign and fill in PDFs that are usually hard to make changes to. I like my files to be clean and typed up, instead of me printing off, then writing on and then scanning back in. PDFiller makes the whole process so much easier.

I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.
