Great for easy form creation for end users
I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered.
Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

This app is extremely easy to use and straight forward, especially for someone like myself that isn't too tech savy. It has made my life so much more simpler without having the frustration of trying to figure out how to use and app and fill out those long documents!

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! Who can issue the share warrant?
A share warrant is a negotiable instrument, issued by the public limited company only against fully paid up shares. It is also termed as a document of title because the holder of the share warrant is entitled to the number of shares mentioned in it. There is no compulsion of the issue of share warrants by the company.
Why do companies issue share warrants?
Warrants are sold by companies as a way to raise capital. Although a company could sell stock to raise money, the Securities and Exchange Commission regulates the number of shares a company is allowed to issue. Some companies will issue warrants as a way to sweeten a deal during a takeover or restructuring.
How do warrants affect stock price?
First, at the time of the deal, yes, the warrants can impact the share price: If the exercise price is set too close to the current share price, shareholders might assign a higher probability that the warrants will ultimately be exercised, resulting in dilution of earnings per share.
What are share warrants?
A Share Warrant is a document issued by the company under its common seal, stating that its bearer is entitled to the shares or stock specified therein. Share warrants are negotiable instruments. They are transferable by mere delivery without registration of transfer.
Can a private company issue share warrants?
Share warrants are a common source of funding used by companies, both public and private. As is clear from the nomenclature, warrants are issued with an option to convert into shares of the company. Such warrants were in the nature of bearer shares.
Are stock warrants good or bad?
Warrants are very bad. Warrants have no dividend and voting rights, therefore the price is largely correlated to the relationship between the exercise price and the share price of the company. A Warrant will carry an exercise price (strike price) which is the amount that has to be paid to buy or sell a Warrant.
How do I convert warrants to shares?
A stock warrant gives the holder the right to buy shares at a certain price before the expiration. The easiest way to exercise a warrant is through your broker. When a warrant is exercised, the company issues new shares, increasing the total number of shares outstanding. Warrants can be bought and sold up until expiry.
