Perfect for paperwork My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient. I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome. I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

A good program (and nice people) A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing. After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.

The other major way of storing negative signed numbers is called one's complement. The one's complement of an N-bit number x is defined as x with all its bits flipped, basically.
Why are negative numbers stored as 2's complement? In 2s-complement representation, we represent a positive number as it is and negative number by its corresponding 2s-complement, so we can use the same circuit to perform addition and subtraction.
