I had a very good experience with customer service when I wanted to cancel. I did not realize that there was a form available for no charge. This was a one time thing since in my line of work I really don't utilize this type of service. For those that do, it is a valuable tool

i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

I love that I am able to correct and hold prior to sending out my file for signature. I wish I could however have a authorization statement from the Calyx Point file to use more of there forms.

At first it can be a little overwhelming with all the options but once you get the hang of it is pretty essay. I really like that it saves all your files too, just in case.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. A wonderful tool for small business
Filling and sending forms is extremely easy, other people can sign into the account and use it.
It makes filling out forms a breeze, no more handwriting. It's very simple to use, allows good organization and many ways of printing or sending the completed form.
The E-Signature is a bit funny but that's my only complaint.
