I had an issue w two text boxes auto filling - but was able to correct it on my own by deleting one and adding a new box.

This is a great tool to expedite routine tasks like filling out forms
Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.
I haven't experienced any negative problems except sometimes I have had a problem saving my template.

This little program is life-changing.
This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze. The remaining 10% is my learning curve, but I"m figuring out more as I go, and when stuck? Kara is in chat to figure it and me out. Done.

Works pretty well.. I figured out how to use it without a whole lot of instruction reading. I wish the alignment in the form boxes could be made more accurate, I had to adjust many.

PDF Filler is a great tool for me and my business. However, more fonts would be nice rather than the few that are available, around 10 or so. Also, if I can use art as a watermark instead of just script, that would be amazing. Otherwise, PDFFiller gets the job well done.

How to get a DNR in NYC?
If you or your loved one are in the hospital, please speak with your medical providers (e.g., nurse, doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, etc.) about a DNR. If you are not in the hospital, a nonhospital DNR can be completed. This order must be signed by a doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.
Is a DNR valid in all states?
The California DNR form is made for the use within California. If you live outside of California, you need to check with your state of residence for their forms.
