It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

A must have!! This is a must have for anyone that uses PDF's alot. It can save you a ton of time. This software is awesome, I love that you can take any PDF and alter it. It is easy to use and comes in handy. I wish this software was more set up like Word, as in the features and where things are located. Some of the features are hard to find.

The product works I was able to fill forms and use powerful tools. They are not Adobe though and they charge nearly as much. The web sight interface was easy to use. They charge WANton much especially if you want the option to use it for only a short period of time.

Awesome product!! Fax and Documents Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER! I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. It took a like while for me to figure out how to do... It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

To link a deposit to an invoice, log in to your Quickbooks account and find the deposit by accessing Accounting > Chart of Accounts. From here, select the bank account in which you deposited the customer's payment, followed by clicking View Register or Account History. Next, find the deposit and click Edit.
Launch your QuickBooks and from the support, click on “customer”. Choose to open the invoice you want to mark and at the bottom of the window select to apply for credit. The journal entry window will display, you can then apply it to the invoice.
Mark Invoices As Paid Select the $ symbol to quickly record a payment on the invoice. You can also select the invoice to view it and record the payment within the invoice. A pop-up window will appear for you to record the payment. You can make any edits before selecting record payment.
Click “Customers,” and then select “Receive Payments” to open the Receive Payments window. Click the “Received From” drop-down menu, and then select the customer's name to view a list of outstanding invoices at the bottom of the Receive Payments window.
