It's an awesome program. The only problem is that this form is used with all insurance companies and the top should be blank for that particular company to fill in their name.

I had some trouble at first (yesterday), but support was able to help. Now things are going smoothly on my end. It still remains to see how my signers interact with PDF Filler.

Quite simple and handy to fill. I would have preferred using my own signature on the completed form but I had difficulty loading an image of my signature.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller is really easy and its a one stop shop for all my needs especially when I am on the go. Obtaining a signature of another person and getting it automatically sent to the signature box makes everything so much easier. I love the editing feature where you can pretty much add text on the document wherever which is very helpful for my workflow.
What do you dislike?
The price is not the greatest and I would wish it could be a bit cheaper. I also think that the mobile feature could be easier to use and interface could be improved.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Sam, on-line support did a great job!
I was very happy that Sam at the On-line Support, came on very quickly and helped me with what I needed and waited until I was sure it worked. I was also very happy that the program did "not" shrink the size of the words in the document like many other programs I have tried.
