What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Send out paperwork for signatures and fill out paperwork online instead of printing, signing, and scanning it.

PDFfiller works great, but do not understand why a person is forced to use this program to fill out forms for the DMV and DNR. I should beable to download a form, fill out and mail.

I am very pleased with the program but I was upset to find out that I could not print or save unless I signed up for your trial period. But this was just what I needed, when I needed it. I would recomend to my friends.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

Contract splitting has two distinct meanings. One is the division of a major piece of procurement into a number of smaller contracts in order to avoid rules governing big tenders. The other is the splitting of a person's employment contract among several countries to take advantage of low-tax jurisdictions.
A split purchase is the intentional breaking down of a known requirement to stay within the cardholder's single purchase limit to avoid sending the requirement to the contracting office for award.
What is a split purchase? Answer: A split purchase occurs when a requirement that exceeds a CH's single purchase limit is separated into two or more buys as a means of getting around the purchase limit. No CH may fragment/split purchases that exceed their single purchase limit as means to use the GPC.
The single purchase limit is a dollar amount on the procurement authority delegated to the cardholder. A single purchase is the total of those items purchased at one time from a particular vendor. The cardholder divides the purchase into several charges to stay within the authorized single purchase limit.
On the Home tab, navigate to the PO map screen by clicking the mapped hyperlink in the desired PO Column. On the Map Screen, highlight your desired PO line. Select the Split button to view your split and allocations. Tip: Alternatively, you can also view if a PO is split from the Split % column on the Map Screen.
