I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

It's good At first it can be a little overwhelming with all the options but once you get the hang of it is pretty essay. I really like that it saves all your files too, just in case.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.

Re: Spacing between footnotes Select Paragraph style, Footnotes. Then right click and select Modify, adjust indents and spacing above and below paragraph as you wish it (probably to 0.0). Note that it is the Footnote style you need to modify, under Paragraph styles, not the default paragraph style.
Click in a footnote or end note. Choose View — Styles and Formatting. Right-click the Paragraph Style that you want to modify, for example, “Footnote”, and choose To modify. Click the Borders tab. In the Default area, click the Set Top and Bottom Borders Only icon. In the Line area, click a line in the Style list.

Using the Footnotes drop-down list at the top of the Footnotes window, choose Footnote Separator. The current separator appears in the window, and the insertion point should be within the separator. Use Word's regular formatting tools to change the paragraph indentation on the separator.
Go to the View tab, then choose Draft. Go to the References tab and click Show Footnotes. (... In the drop-down list that appears in the Footnotes area, choose Footnote Separator. Delete any extra spaces, carriage returns etc. ... Repeat for the other one I think it was Continuous Footnote Separator.
Hit CTRL+A to select all the text in the document. Hit CTRL+H to open the Find and Replace window. Type two spaces in the Find what field. Type one space in the Replacement with field.
REMEMBER!! Single-space within notes; double-space between notes. End notes should be placed in a separate section entitled Notes (not End notes) at the end of the entire paper and immediately preceding the bibliography.
Do not indent the second and subsequent lines of Footnotes. Single-space Footnotes within each citation as there is not much room at the bottom of the page. Double-space entries between citations, and be sure to list them in the same consecutive order as cited in the text of the essay.
