I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Pdffiller suits almost all my needs once I get my files there. If I could have a way of "breaking" my files heavier than 25MB to get there OR if it accepted larger files... it would be perfect!

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. How do you calculate spread hours?
Any employee who works beyond the 10-hour workday is required to receive an extra hour's pay. This is the 'spread of hours' pay. It's equal to one hour of pay at the minimum wage regardless of the hourly pay the employee typically receives.

Spread-of-hours pay is due when the length of time between the beginning and end of a workday is greater than 10 hours. All employees who work a covered spread of hours in a single workday are entitled to one additional hour's pay at minimum wage for that day.
