It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

What do you like best?
Cloud based so I can access anywhere. Also, I like that I can sign on my mobile device.

Would prefer that it not open docs when I load them so that I can upload multiple docs without having to go back to "my documents" so often.

Excellent and modern convenience
I used PDF filler for just about everything- I am constantly needing to fax things and being able to do it digitally and get confirmation that it was received is great. I also use the form filler to easily electronically sign and send documents back and forth!
Nothing, to be honest, the platform is super user-friendly, the cost is reasonable and the product always works!

What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.

I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly
I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

I had an issue with accessing a form…
I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.

How do you standardize data?
