Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund
Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

PDFfiller has is a great application for my personal and business life
Used to fill out tax and health forms.
Used it fill forms related to my real estate business as the forms are repetitive and can be revised easily
I like that I can email documents or email them from the application
I like that I can store all of my documents in one place and retrieve them easily
I like that I can redo forms that need to be submitted annually without having to refill out the entire document. I just update what is new.

Excellent for creating fillable forms
As someone who has to work with lots of clients at the same time, being able to send a fillable form to be acompanied by the requirements we need from a customer makes our work a lot simpler and more organized.
I have found that PDFfiller lags a bit at times and when creating or editing large files it is really slow.

So far it has been fairly simple.
Am glad to find the form I required and has been pretty simple to fill it out. Will be back to finish as soon as I compile the other information required for the form I am filling out.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
