jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion. This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements, hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here! I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm . thanks

What do you like best? Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program. Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller. It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved. What do you dislike? Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved. Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

What do you like best? That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple. What do you dislike? I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the problem of editing time documents that get distorted in Google Docs or Microsoft. The benefit of being able to cut major time from editing projects by utilizing the many features.

A group health plan subject to COBRA is required to provide an initial (or general) COBRA notice to a covered employee or covered spouse only once within 90 days after the individual first becomes covered under the plan. (There is no requirement to provide an initial notice to dependent children.)
COBRA ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES PROPER DELIVERY OF NOTICES. The initial (or general) notice containing information about COBRA rights and responsibilities, which must be provided to the employee and spouse within 90 days of when the employee first becomes covered under the plan.
Plan administrators must provide a written general notice of COBRA rights to each covered employee and spouse (if any) within 90 days after their coverage under a GAP begins. The general notice must also be sent to any new dependents added to the plan after the employee's initial enrollment.
Did you know that one of the most important COBRA notices is the initial notice, or what is referred to as the general rights notice? The initial notice communicates to plan participants their COBRA rights and obligations and must be furnished by the plan administrator within 90 days after coverage begins.
Why did I receive A COBRA Letter? A: There are a few reasons you've received a Cobra Notification. Qualifying Event: At the end of your employment or because of reduction of hours (not maintain full-time status) you will receive this letter.
This notice is issued by the plan administrator within the first 90 days when coverage begins under the group health plan and informs the covered employee (and his or her spouse) of the responsibility to notify the employer within 60 days if certain qualifying events occur in the future.
Q: Why did I receive A COBRA Letter? The purpose of this letter is to inform you of your rights and responsibilities as a plan participant. Qualifying Event: At the end of your employment or because of reduction of hours (not maintain full-time status) you will receive this letter.
The initial notice of rights and benefits in the health plan is required within 90 days of the employee's coverage. If there are changes to the plan, the employer must give notice within 210 days after the year in which the changes take place. If benefits or coverage are being reduced, the notice period is 60 days.
