What do you like best?
PDFfiller actually has lots of online tools that can help with many general document editing tasks. We can convert PDF files to lot of different document formats such as DOC files, which are files I use often at work. For document signing, editing and adding fillable fields is not complicated. The toolbar has tools that are neatly laid out and easy to access. There are lots of click-and-drag features that make using PDFfiller comfortable, even with hours of editing. There are also helpful collaboration options that let internal staff communicate about document edits.
What do you dislike?
From an admin perspective, it's been a delight working with PDFfiller, but some people that receive our digital documents can sometimes have trouble accessing the files and knowing how to sign them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDFfiller can be a valuable solution if you need to make lots of edits to PDF files and don't have a much experience with more advanced software like Adobe Acrobat. It seems to be designed for beginner users, but can also work for more expert document editors.

It helped me out a ton with a file i needed, then after we were charged the yearly membership, which we couldn't afford, Sam a kind chat customer service rep helped me cancel the transaction quick and easy. Great service.

Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print
Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Let me share with you my experience frankly. I needed to edit a one single pdf document. Found this service. Registered for a free trial. Edited the document swiftly and smoothly. And forgot about it. Till the moment I received a charge for the yearly subscription. Which, admittedly, is not low at all (though may be reasonable to those who use this service).Anyway, I contacted pdfFiller support team, and I was surprised by both: 1) the fact that they immediately agreed to issue a refund, as it met their policy (I canceled in less than 24 hours, actually, immediately) 2) that even though they told that I will receive the money back within 1-5 business days - I got it within a few minutes. I am perplexed. The only pity really is that I can't afford it
