It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. I didn't want to pay for the whole year but I've been charged for the full amount. Please cancel my membership and refund to the same credit card. If I do receive cancelation I'll dispute the charge.

It was interesting using the PDFfiller on two different computers. On one I couldn't get the scroll down bar easily, whereas on the other it was simple. Don't know why. I also noticed that there were different options to determine exactly where on a line you could type, however, it was difficult to gauge.
FYI: I just started using this application.

good. It took awhile for me to figure out how to print it, but it thought I was on actual disability website and when found it was a fee I got discouraged because I felt it was misleading, but after I used it I felt better.

Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

I like having this resource as an option.
I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents.
The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible.
The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

A Great alternative to Adobe pdf's form flow, liked so much opened a business account because of other features that are well suited for online small businesses.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
