Accounting Assistant This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch. This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

1) Your Address. The return address should be written in the top right-hand corner of the letter. 1) Dear Sir or Madam, If you do not know the name of the person you are writing to, use this. 1) Yours faithfully. Opening Paragraph. Opening Paragraph.
Place your name and address at the top of your letter. Include the date directly below your address. Include a blank line between the date and the next portion of the letter. Use a reference line, if applicable. Type out the recipient's address. Begin the body of your letter with a polite salutation.
Your letter should be simple and focused, making the purpose of your letter is clear. Left justify your letter. Single space your letter and leave a space between each paragraph. Use a plain font like Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New, or Verdana.
Use Sir or Madam if you do not know the recipient's name. Dear Sir, Dear Madam, or Dear Sir or Madam are all perfectly acceptable salutations for a formal letter. This is slightly more personal than a general salutation.
To label an envelope correctly, start by writing the return address which is your addressing the upper left corner. Next, write the first and last name of the person you're sending the letter to in the center of the envelope.
Properly space the layout of the business letters you write, with space between the heading, the greeting, each paragraph, the closing, and your signature. Single space your letter and leave a space between each paragraph. When sending typed letters, leave two spaces before and after your written signature.
Full name and address of the sender. Full name and address of the recipient. Salutation (usually including an endearment) A subject line (which can sometimes be optional) An introductory paragraph. Body paragraphs. A concluding paragraph. A signing-off note.
Personal Letter Format: Basic Structure Full name and address of the sender Placed in the top right corner of the page, this section must contain the full name and address of communication of the sender. This is usually followed by the date the letter is addressed.
