I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. What do you like best? Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though. What do you dislike? After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Editing PDF DOCs. Ability to search works great.

I am using this program for school… I am using this program for school applications and I love the ease of downloading and making all my tests and worksheets fillable the only issue so far is that when students fill out worksheets and send to me they all come ananomously so if a student forgets name on paper I have no way to track it, it is definately the students problem but it is just a bit of a hassle.
