I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Convenient and easy tool!
I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

Thank you so much for the opportunity to use pdfFiller it was useful but due to difficulty of internet connection in our place and seldom I use the application, I have decided to cancel. Rest assured that I would also recommend it to my officemates.

Really Great Software
I like that it's easily to fill in pdfs and also create fillable pdfs.
I don't like that there aren't many support options available.

PDF when u can't PDF
Overall, this is a great software. I use often , and find it very helpful.
I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible.
I love this software, but it is sometimes difficult to use. The features are not as basic as I'd like.

So far, it has been acceptable, but I am having to self teach a lot of items. It would be good to have a one hour presentation on the basics, and then some specific presentations on individual task.
