I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.

I don't usually leave reviews...Customer service is A+
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.

What does application approve mean?
Approved application means the participant's application including any changes, exceptions, deletions, or add- tions made by the Department prior to and for the purposes of before approval.
What does approval status mean?
An Approval Status, if set in an Activity Definition, is assigned to items in workflow after the Activity is finished. You can use any Approval Status in any Process Definition. Predefined Approval Statuses. An item without workflow has an Approval Status of Undefined.
What is the meaning of Pending approval?
A status of Pending Approval indicates that your application has been reviewed and is ready to be approved, but for administrative reasons, it cannot be approved until the following calendar year.
What does it mean when application is pending?
The “Pending” status, means that your application has been successfully submitted, but is awaiting documentation from your designated recommenders or references. Once the recommender submits their documentation, your application will move into “Submitted” status.
What is the status of change request after all approvals are obtained?
After all approvals are completed, the Change Request becomes Scheduled. Stays in this state until the Planned Start date (and time). After the Change Request has been marked as “Closed” by the Change Owner, the Change Request may enter a state of AIR (Post Implementation Review).
What does fully approved mean?
Fully approved means a decision by the local department that the provider has met all requirements to be approved as a resource, foster and/or adoptive home provider.
What does full approval mean?
A full credit approval means every aspect of your credit profile including your income, assets and credit history are fully verified and submitted for approval to an actual mortgage loan underwriter. In the mortgage loan process, the underwriter is the final decision maker for approval or denial.
Does preapproved mean you are approved?
Although, to a typical consumer, “you're pre-approved” means “you already passed the approval process and therefore are guaranteed to be immediately granted the loan if you apply,” the literal meaning is different. This pre-approval can then help a buyer find a home that is within their loan amount range.
