Over all really helpful, especially with me filling out awards and scholarships for grade 12. Only issue I had was when typing the text box wouldn't fit as nicely as I would have liked it to, so lines ran through the text and made it a bit harder to read.

Very useful app for editing documents!
It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand!

What is Title IV adoption assistance?
Title IV-E is the federal program that provides financial support to adoptive parents of children with special needs. Some children are eligible for federal support, while others' services are funded solely by the state or local government (see Non-IV-E below).

Title IV-E of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. ǧ 671-679b) is an important funding stream for foster care costs. It provides for federal reimbursement for a portion of the maintenance and administrative costs of foster care for children who meet specified federal eligibility requirements.

State adoption assistance programs provide assistance for children with special needs who are not eligible under the Federal IV-E adoption assistance program. Direct payment assistance refers to direct payments to the adoptive family in order to help meet the special physical, mental, or emotional needs of the child.
