the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.

It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.

The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

How can I get my text message history?
Look for the icon and word “Messaging” within your menu. Click into this area on your cell phone. This is where you will find your text message history.
Can you get copies of text messages from your phone company?
If you have a subscriber identity module (SIM) card reader, you can plug your SIM card into it and retrieve all your deleted text messages. Depending on your service provider, you can simply get your text messages from your phone company. However, most phone companies won't give you easy access to your text messages.
How long do phone companies keep records of text messages?
The text messages are stored in both locations. Some phone companies also keep records of sent text messages. They sit on the company's server for anywhere from three days to three months, depending on the company's policy. Verizon holds texts for up to five days and Virgin Mobile keeps them for 90 days.
How long do phone companies keep records?
All the mobile phone companies keep details about the location of cell towers used by every phone, for a year or longer. All the mobile phone companies keep records about voice calls and text messages received and sent for a year or longer. Verizon stores the contents of every text message for three to five days.
How far back can text messages be retrieved?
All the providers retained records of the date and time of the text message and the parties to the message for time periods ranging from sixty days to seven years. However, the majority of cellular service providers do not save the content of text messages at all.
Can text messages be traced after they are erased?
Yes they can, so if you've been having an affair or doing something dodgy at work, beware! Messages are laid out on the SIM card as data files. When you move messages around or delete them, the data actually stays put. All you're doing is telling the phone to point at the files in different ways.
Does Verizon keep records of text messages?
Verizon keeps records of all calls and cell towers used for those calls for one year. Text message 'details' are retained for up to one year, and actual text message content' between 3 and 5 days. Also, Internet session information is kept for up to one year, and Websites visited for up to 90 days.
How can I access my text messages online?
From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon. From the Verizon Home page, navigate: Account > Text online. If presented, review the Terms and Conditions then click Accept to continue. Click the desired conversation (on the left) to view messages.
