What do you like best?
PDFilller is so easy to use. I am "tech challenged" and I have no problems using this program.
What do you dislike?
That I can't upload more than one document at a time even though there is an option for uploading multiple documents and that whenever I print or save a document the program doesn't revert back automatically to my "inbox"...it's just a lot of clicking...too many steps to get from "a" to "b" sometimes.

Easy to use and has multi functions that otherwise you would need to purchase separately elsewhere. I gained TIME, thus I was on time with my tasks, and met deadlines. Very easy to read, highlight, insert comments (etc), insert and replace figures in pdf documents. It has saved me TIME! I love that it offers features that make manipulation of multiple files easy and fast. I also like the electronic signature option so documents look very professional.

It was easy to sign and save... It was easy to sign and save my document with no interruptions or gemecs in between. I thought it would of been hard to get it sent via email but that was even more of a breeze.

Really easy to use site is very easy to navigate through and honestly it has all the tools I need, would reccomend, but I do feel it should be a little cheaper than $20 a month!

When I tried to sign in from a new home… When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.

Fast and easy This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.
