I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.

What do you like best?
I really like that PDFfiller is a very user friendly and employs a lot of the same standard editing tools commonly found in simple office software like Microsoft Word. It's a great step up from the standard Acrobat Reader and also has an easier learning curve than some of the more advanced Adobe PDF products. Being able to sign documents electronically is another strong feature.
What do you dislike?
When I edit a document that has more than one page, I am unable to perform a copy and paste across multiple pages, which is a bit annoying when trying to standardize items across one document. Saving documents is also very easy. We can save the document to any one of my computer folders or a cloud storage account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that PDFfiller is a very effective and easy-to-use PDF editor and converter. For the price and functionality, it's definitely worth checking out, in my opinion.

Since we often deal with many types of text documents, especially Word documents, PDFfiller has really helped to enable conversions of Word documents to PDF, which are more ideal for certain things like printing. I am very impressed with PDF filler and its features. i am not the most computer literate person and i do have a bit of trouble navigating around the program so a demo of some kind would help me a lot if there is one that i can watch. I guess its just a case of playing around with it but there's probably loads of easy shortcuts that i could use if i knew about them .

Student charged 115€ despite cancelling…
Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.
