I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform. What is No validate form tag?
The no validate attribute in HTML is used to signify that the form won't get validated on submit. It is a Boolean attribute and useful if you want the user to save the progress of form filing. If the form validation is disabled, the user can easily save the form and continue & submit the form later.
Is form tag necessary?
Form tags are still necessary if you want to be able to submit the form without AJAX (which may be useful in the early stages of development).
