I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

I can open any file anywhere, edit and email or fax without having to print anything. I use this feature all the time

IRS changed the 1099 misc form
IRS changed the 1099 misc form, so I had to find an alternative access to the 1099 misc form that showed non employee compensation. The 1099 NEC form was the form I needed. A new bokkeeper will handlethis from now on. Thank you

I love the documents I just wish there more Tax documents to utilize. Also the first document I sent I can not find...it would have been during the trial stage ..how can I find it.

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. I enjoyed chatting and working with her.Joyce

Thought I had cancelled my subscription…
Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.

How do I find my ticket number Amadeus?
The e-ticket number (from the logical ticket stock) The passenger name. The flight segments (from the itinerary) The fare, taxes, and total amount (from the ST) Frequent flyer information (if applicable)
How do I find my itinerary online?
Click Manage Booking and you have to enter the 6-digit booking reference and your last name to retrieve your booking. Once entered, click Manage Booking to show your itinerary. This is Ms Enriquez's flight itinerary which we have booked for her. That's it!
How can I find my flight itinerary?
If not, you can go to the airline website and find it under your trips (many airlines have a section, often called manage booking or my trips or something similar, where you can pull up your itinerary by inputting your name and confirmation number).
How do I find my Orbit itinerary?
On the Orbit Home screen, tap TRIPS. Tap Sign in for your trips. On the Sign In screen, type your Orbit account email and password, and then tap Sign In.
Is the itinerary my ticket?
You don't need a printed ticket or itinerary as “proof”. If you check in online you can print your boarding pass or get it printed for you at the airport. Or just turn up at the airport and present your passport to be scanned at check in, this will retrieve your booking and enable your boarding pass to be printed.
How do I check my flight information?
Go to the airline's website. Enter in your reservation, confirmation or credit card number where appropriate. This is useful because you can view all the flight details and, if necessary, check the status of the flight at the same time.
How do you check if you are booked on a flight?
The representative will locate your reservation using your name and departure city and date. If you only want to check the status of your flight, choose the flight status link on the airline website. Enter the flight number, or your departure and destination cities, to confirm the status of your flight.
