Much like how Versions gives you a look at changes made to the form you have open (as well as the ability to revert to previous changes), Audit Trail provides an overview of all the forms you’ve used with your account. Simply click the “Audit Trail” button on the Forms page to see your activity. If you have a pdfFiller Corporate Shared Account, Audit Trail doubles as an important admin and security feature: you can track which user logged in and at what time, giving you an overview of all user activity on the same account.

PDF filler works better than the pdf… PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

In Document Detail view, you can access the audit trail for a contract from the Labels panel. Select a contract file name from the Dashboard view or Contracts view. Once logged into the platform, users should look for the 'My Documents' tab, which typically contains all the electronically signed agreements. By clicking on this section, users can easily locate and sort through their signed documents, making it convenient to access them as needed.
Click the envelope to show the Details view. This view provides summary history information about your envelope. To view the complete History, click More > History. To download and view the Certificate of Completion PDF, click the Download icon and select Certificate of Completion.
To open Audit Trail from the navigation menu, add Audit Trail (2) to the navigation menu, and then open Audit Trail from the menu: In the navigation menu, click Edit. Click Add More Items. Search for and select Audit Trail. Click Add 1 Nav Item. Click Audit Trail.
In the tracker, click the menu next to the signer's name and click Download Packet. Select whether to include the document as well as the signature page in the packet. Select Include Evidence Summaries (or Include Certificates of Completion for packets signed using ). Click Generate Download.
