I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. PDFfiller is a great tool to use for editing and templates
PDFfiller allows me to utilize the same forms frequently. As a result, templates or refillable forms ensure document preparation is quicker and more efficient.
Cloud security, ability to easily create templates for commonly used forms, flatten forms after fields filled in when saving to hard drive, in PDFFiller form remains in tact and is editable for reuse, and menu set-up.
I wish PDFfiller would add the ability to add pages to a documents and allow downloading of templates created. Currently, in personal account, PDFfiller allows emailing to recipient to update information in fields, but doesn't allow me to download my template to my hard drive.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly.
Not paying the Adobe prices.
The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool.
Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

What do you like best?
PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss.
What do you dislike?
I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.

The experience is great because there have been some documents that I needed to change, but for the free trial I wasn't expected to get charged at all. It's free for a reason. That's all apart from that, it's a great tool to have.
