However, I called into the customer support line and had immediate amazing customer service in resolving my issue. My customer service rep was very detail in listening to my concerns and offering resolution. Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

I have used pdfFiller multiple times…
I have used pdfFiller multiple times and love their product. I primarily use it when applying for jobs and need a pdf converter to fill out applications. I like that I can just subscribe for the time I need the program and then cancel it. I also like that all my documents are saved to my account even after I cancel the service. I can just resubscribe and pick up where I left off. Customer support is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend pdfFiller.

AMAZING FOR ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENT NEEDS.
I have tried many pdf editors as I work with several different forms in the Real Estate Industry. Pdf-filler takes the cake by far! It is simple, easy to learn, and has an entire library of ready made forms. This is my go to for any and all of my document needs.

due to ill health and family committments I couldnt utilse my free month very much but what I did use was brilliant especially the erase function. When I start University in September I will probably sign up for it a sit will be useful. the customer service was especially good.

I wish the updates had an option to keep the title and not make duplicates. I like to keep "my documents" organized and not all the downloads unless I want to save it as multiple copies. I love that it combines pdfs w other docs. I love the highlight and annotate features.
