I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

Easy to fill forms!
This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless.
Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

I thought it was a bit difficult to get a form completed. All I wanted was a statement that I paid my neighbor for a dent in his car. I had to hunt for a form that would allow me to enter that statement.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Smart Identification is a mechanism to identify the objects in Object Repository when the normal mechanism fails. It is applicable only for the Web Applications. When FT is unable to recognize objects using normal method, it goes for the Smart Identification to identify the objects on the application.
