A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to edit the content of a PDF. I've recently had to adjust a few documents which were not previously editable for me, and this has made it simple to keep things updated.

I would like to be able to choose the file destination when selecting Save As, rather than it defaulting to my Downloads folder.

Blogger - PDF Filler
Online use without having to download anything onto your computer. If you are a blogger you have too much on your desktop already!
Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial.
I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

Best PDF Editor
Up until a few years ago, all PDF software seemed the same to me. 'What could they do that much better to make a difference' was a question I asked. PDFfiller answered the question the first time I got to use it.
PDFfiller is the perfect PDF editing and managing software that I have tried by a mile. Modifying documents and making last minute changes has never been easier. Smart signature protection, revision history, and commenting are just a few of the great features that make PDFfiller my favorite.

Dont have a printer but can have the forms ready for when i find 1
Was in a tight spot with not having a printer and such. the 1 month free trial with everthing I'm having to deal with right now has help make it slightly easier. I can get everything filled out and have it ready for a printer when I'm able to reach it! Thank you it helped a bunch. all I had to do was google the forms n a link to the form n this website popped up and was able to start filling it out right away. thank you again!

I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!

How many types of leases are there going to be under the new leasing standard?
The FAST lessee accounting model retains two types of leases, and is consistent with the lessee accounting model under existing GAAP. One type of lease (finance leases) will be accounted for in substantially the same manner as capital leases are accounted for under existing GAAP.
What is the new lease standard?
2016-02, Leases (Topic 842). FAST issued the new standard to increase transparency and comparability among entities by recognizing leases on the balance sheet and providing more information about leasing arrangements so that users can assess the amount, timing, and uncertainty of cash flows from leases.
Why has the leasing standard been changed?
The IASB has published IFRS 16 the new leases standard. The new standard may affect lessors' business models and offerings, as lease needs and behaviors of lessees change. It may also accelerate existing market developments in leasing such as an increased focus on services rather than physical assets.
What is a lease ASC 842?
Accounting Standards Codification Topic 842, also known as ASC 842 and as ASU 2016-02, is the new lease accounting standard published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FAST). He purposes of the new standard to close a major accounting loophole in ASC 840: off-balance sheet operating leases.
Are there still operating leases?
An operating lease is a contract that permits the use of an asset but does not convey ownership rights of the asset. GAAP rules govern accounting for operating leases. A new FAST rule, effective Dec. 15, 2018, requires that all lease sunless they are shorter than 12 months must be recognized on the balance sheet.
What are the disclosure requirements for leases?
The leases standard includes a disclosure objective intended to provide users of financial statements with information adequate to assess the amount, timing and uncertainty of cash flows arising from leases. Both quantitative and qualitative disclosure requirements will increase for lessors and lessees.
What is a lease under ASC 842?
An operating lease is a contract where an owner of an asset (or lessor) gives someone (a lessee) access to that asset. Under both ASC 840 and ASC 842, leases are separated into two classifications. 1.) The term operating leases exists in both standards (though the accounting is different in each standard).
What are the different types of lease options?
There are different types of leases, but the most common types are absolute net lease, triple net lease, modified gross lease, and full-service lease. Tenants and proprietors need to understand them fully before signing a lease agreement.
