Do you really want me to tell you what I think about PDFFiller? I am about to jump out of my skin with this program & I just started using it. I have not used hardly any of the features it has! Sending me a follow-up survey is not going to only do one thing? I'll tell the world how excellent this software is!

mostly quite a good thing. I would like to know how to move text after you've placed it on the page, though. That needs to be more intuitive if it's possible.

I need fast turnarounds for information as I do not have time to convert content from other platforms. I have little time and money to do things. The PDF filler is cost effective and enables me to convert content in a matter of seconds, rather than hours in some cases.

How much do you pay to be in a union?
The average annual cost of union dues is $400, or about two hours of pay per month. There is a disinclination of unions toward the contingent worker. Unions want full-time dues payers. The employee puts it all on the line during a labor dispute.
Do you have to pay to be in a union?
Generally, a company can't require a worker to become a full union member as a condition of employment, but the worker may have to pay at least some portion of union dues, depending on the basis of his or her objection to the union and the laws of the state where the employer is located.
Do I have to pay union dues if I'm not in the union?
Right to Work Laws: Which States are most Impacted by the New Ruling. Currently, 22 states have laws that force workers to pay union dues, even if they don't belong to a union. Some states force workers to join a union. At that time, few employment laws protected employees from unfair practices.
Are union fees mandatory?
The question of union dues is subject to federal and state laws and court rulings. The NRA allows unions and employers to enter into agreements that require all employees in a bargaining unit to pay union dues. However, 27 states have banned such agreements by passing so-called right to work laws.
What happens if you don't pay union fees?
If you don't join the union, or resign from membership, and notify the union that you don't want to pay full dues, the required fee must be limited to the union's proven costs of collective bargaining activities. Otherwise, the employee could be fined by the union.
Do I have to join the union?
Answer: You may not be required to be a union member. But, if you do not work in a Right to Work state, you may be required to pay union fees. Employment relations for almost all private sector employees (other than those in the airline and railroad industries) are covered by the National Labor Relations Act (NRA).
Is being in a union worth it?
Union members earn better wages and benefits than workers who aren't union members. On average, union workers' wages are 28 percent higher than their nonunion counterparts. Labor unions give workers the power to negotiate for more favorable working conditions and other benefits through collective bargaining.
Why you shouldn't work for a union?
Unions are harmful because they act as monopolies. If the union members won't work, the law makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to step in and do their jobs. As a result, union workers have little competition -- so they can demand higher wages and do less work.
