After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms.
I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.
