I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. How do I unlock my 2000 Stamper?
Push the stamp down and locate the lock switch on the right side of the stamp. Slide the lock switch over to lock it in place. Open the ink well by gripping both sides of the tray and sliding it out.
How do you use a self inking stamp?
Self-inking stamps work best with a water-based ink. Simply add a few drops to the ink pad and then use the tip of the bottle to evenly spread the ink. Let the ink settle for a couple of minutes before putting the pad back into the stamp. After this, your stamp is good to go!

Pre-baked Stamps. Remove the cap from the ink refill bottle. Hold the stamper upside down so that the impression is facing up. Dispense three to four drops of ink on the surface of the impression and allow the sponge to absorb the ink.

Remove the holder from the stamp. Use the ink bottle to add five drops of ink to each refill hole in the stamp. Be extremely careful when adding ink. Put the holder back on the stamp. Immediately after refilling the ink, keep the stamp facing down until the ink begins to flow from the stamp.
